Background: I bought the captivate glide last week, and need to have some basic protection on the telephone.
The positive: The cost. Super inexpensive. The really feel was comfortable. It is a soft feeling difficult cover. It actually has a superior grip than the phone itself. It does not cover any of the ports or buttons. In fact, the buttons are too sensitive in my opinion and make it much less most likely to accidentally press a side button. Also, the camera, light, and speaker are unaffected. They seem to function like they did without having the case.
The unfavorable: The fit isnt fantastic. To maintain the back piece on, it has 2 clips exactly where the slide takes place. This causes the slide to really feel "sticky" or "stiff." If you use two fingers on either side of the phone to slide it open, you shouldnt have any complications. But it appears to shed the "pop" when sliding open. This is a challenge for me and why I ultimately gave it 3 stars rather of 4 or five.
Conclusion: It is insanely affordable, you kind of get what you spend for. I will use it till I acquire a nice case for it, but until then, this will do.

I bought this with a screen protector combo. Its great.
For much less then five bucks its incredibly nicely created product. Difficult, and but soft to touch. very firm mount to the phone.
Some say it tends to make the glide slow to open, thats not a predicament if you put a few minutes into smoothing off the edges from where the mold for the plastic connected.
Contemplating the Same thing at the mall is 30 bucks, this is a hell of a deal.
I suggest this. (with the combo of the screen cover, this guard covers the edges of the screen cover just appropriate, But you do will need to take Specialist care when installing the screen cover.)
