Consumer Evaluations

Firstly- absolutely nothing against the telephone ! It is Definitely the Best a single out there, you wont regret having Samsung G S2
But World Wde ditributors are terible. I orderd the White a single, they sent me the BLACK a single. When I told them that they sent me the incorrect order they were Particularly reluctant to take this order back. wasted my time like something. forced me to show them Photos as proof,, then they are like emmm.... we cant have it back coz u have opened the box it or used it. I got frustrated as hell. I threatened them that Ill sue their organization,,,, I filed A-Z gaurantee claim with Amazone, then planet wide distributors are like ok we will take it back replace with the WHITE one particular..... I returned by way of UPS, then they cease replying I call Amazone once more which then FORCED a refund out of them.
Take house message: Phone is good ! World Wide distributors are terrible. The international Warrenty is a SCAM ( now altered to version) it does not function outside latin America. DONT Place YOUR Capital At Danger,,, it will waste your time. Choose some other buyer.

- Amazing screen - all the greatness of OLED (excellent blacks, high contrast, looks fantastic in direct sunlight) without the ugliness that was PenTile. Here you just get the vibrant, popping colors. Oh, and at four.3", it is a pleasure to look at from any distance. The resolution is still 800x480, although. Wish they'd up it to match iPhone.
- Particularly light. I mean, Extremely light. Samsung wasn't kidding when they stressed that point. Considering the size of this thing, it really is highly difficult to believe. When you put the phone into somebody else's hand for the 1st time, they commonly are confused considering that they expect it to really feel more "solid", and not so featherweight.
- Pretty thin. Beneficial if you put on your phone in the pocket of your pants.
- The UI is buttery smooth, with no hiccups that are common on all other Android phones I've noticed. Not certain if it's Samsung's new powerful GPU (Exynos), computer software optimizations that they did, or a mixture of each, but overall this factor is just as slick as iPhone four.
- It can be rooted, and custom ROMs already exist. No signed bootloaders or other equivalent malarkey.
- It comes with Android two.3. That means much better perf, WiFi tethering/hotspot out of the box, and the potential to tilt and rotate the map in Google Maps - amongst other items.
- It comes with Polaris Office. It is a really nice Android office suite - from what I've seen so far, alot more complete-featured than Docs to Go, QuickOffice etc - in particular when it comes to supporting advanced MS Office attributes such as charts. It can't be bought from the market, and only comes bundled with choose devices, such as this 1 or Asus Transformer.
- MicroSD card slot, for all those gigabytes of music.
