This mount is about the most effective I have observed however. Looking locally, I could not acquire something for less than $60 -$80 (even walmart). This came house for about $25. It mounts easily, comes with all hardware, it is black, just like the Television I mounted and the cables I strap to it to get them out of the way. The swing is really smooth, there is rather little rock (side-to-side). The tilt (pitch) is extremely sturdy but adjustble. I do not have a single complaint about this unit.
overall was great, stuck out from wall extra than I expected but the attributes of the ability to turn up, down, or side to side was worth the additional bulk.
